AUSTRIAN NATIONAL TOURIST OFFICE (ANTO)

The Austrian National Tourist Office (ANTO) is Austria’s national tourism organization. ANTO’s main objective was to promote the ‘holiday country Austria’ and to secure and expand Austria’s competitiveness in cooperation with all Austrian tourism partners. By doing so, ANTO contributes essentially to increasing Austria’s market share in international tourism.

The challenge was to bring Austria into the limelight during the summer season here. This is a period when all the other countries try to woo the travelers from this part of the world as the temperatures soar upto 50 degrees and the schools are closed.

VIENNA TOURIST BOARD

Vienna is famous for its parks and gardens as it adds to the relaxed atmosphere in the city. It has recently been voted as the city with the best living quality in the world for the fourth year in a row, as per a study done by Swiss-based international consulting organization, Mercer. Vienna is also one of the most favoured holiday destinations for visitors from the Middle East. The number of guests to the Austrian capital has doubled in the last three years from this region, with more than 100,000 people having visited the city in 2012.

The rise of temperatures during the summer month’s sees many residents of the UAE plan their upcoming holidays to cooler climes. Europe, with its mild weather, fresh air and scenic locations, is still favoured as one of the most popular destinations for holiday makers from the Middle East. The Austrian capital is known as a ‘green’ city with more than 50% of the metropolitan area comprising gardens, parks and woods. The biggest among these parks is the Prater Park which is twice as large as the Central Park in New York. The Volksgarten, popular among for the city’s residents, is located in the city center and situated close to the Imperial Palace.

Porto World, Egypt

In line with the success of Porto Marina, the group's newest mega-project in Ain Sokhna, Porto Sokhna, was its first project on a mountain top in Egypt.

White Water PR was involved in generating visibility for the project in the GCC region. We were instrumental in generating traffic from this region to Porto Marina resorts in Egypt.

Port Ghalib: Egypt

Port Ghalib is the first integrated community that is being developed by the master developer, with a total area of 8 million m². The master developer, M.A. Kharafi Group, owns a total area of 30 million m², stretching along 18 kilometres of virgin shoreline.

Currently there are four already operating hotels including ‘The Palace’ by Intercontinental, ‘The Oasis’ and ‘The Sands’ by Crowne Plaza and ‘Marina Lodge’. In addition, a substantial residential offering has also been built and is ready for occupation.

DEAL, (Dubai Entertainment Amusement and Leisure’ show) is the largest amusement and entertainment show in the Middle East. DEAL is Middle East’s annual focal point for all stakeholders in the amusement and related industries looking for a successful entry or greater growth in the region’s markets. The show on an average hosts over 250 firms from across 30 plus countries and attracts thousands of trade visitors from across the region due to White Water PR’s targeted communications program. This is event is held at the prestigious Dubai World Trade Centre.

DEAL is the only platform in the Middle East for exhibitors in these industries to connect with buyers, for buyers to see and test the latest products and services, and for professionals to share best practice and make new contacts.

White Water PR started managing this show since 2011 and since then we have raised the profile of the show not only in the Middle East but also internationally. Our stories revolved around the innovation and creativity aspect of the show and we positioned the show strategically to attract the right exhibitors and trade visitors from across various geographies. The show has received wider visibility in the last two editions as compared to all its previous editions.
